Multi-storey residential building and four terraced houses, Bridel (L)

Complexes realized around Luxemburg during the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s are characterized by both large plots and substantial undeveloped areas at the centre of residential blocks. A study into the exploitation of one such undeveloped area provided the basis for an initial residential development project involving the construction of a three-storey structure comprising residential units and ground-floor offices adjacent to the main road. All residential units feature large terraces or balconies facing onto the interior of the block. A row of four terraced houses has been positioned in the quiet area behind the building. The access road can be used for any future projects on the interior of the block.
