Multi-storey residential development in Quartier Grünewald
The competition is based on a newly-developedcreated development plan and stipulations regarding building volume and property boundaries.
The concept is rooted in the continuous nature of the north-east and south-west facing residential units. Each of them has at least one loggia, with the majority of units featuring a loggia on both sides. The 28 residential units come in the form of four flexible unit types set out in various ways: one-storey apartments of 60m_, 100m_ and 140m_ in size and a maisonette type of 140m_ in size. Some units are fitted with movable partition walls.
