Conversion and Expansion of the Offices of PKF
The PKF tax consultancy office has a branch in an old building in Esch/Alzette town centre. The brief was to develop residual space comprising an area of approx. 6 x 6 m and surrounded by walls on three of its sides still available to the rear of the building. Our design for this space has created an extension with a basement-level lounge, ground-floor meeting room and access to the adjacent multi-storey car park. Large-scale roof glazing provides daylight to both stories. The construction project also involved the conversion and renovation of the old building.
