Social Housing Development with Children’s Day-Care Centre “Maison Pierre”, Rodange
We drew up a development plan designed to raise the value of Rodange town centre on a step-by-step basis. An initial phase saw the realization of a project comprising 23 residential units, a retail outlet and a children’s day-care centre in partnership with the “Fonds pour le développement du logement et de l’habitat” (FDL) and the district of Petingen. All residential units are accessible via loggia, and ground-floor units have private gardens.
